Eligibility
- Young people ages 16 - 24 who are leaving home for the first time, are aging out of foster care, who lack family or peer support, who have failed out-of-home placement, or are homeless/near homeless. Must be able to live with minimal supervision and work towards established goals. Not a program for youth in crisis or youth with serious behavioral problems or untreated/ongoing substance abuse.- HUD Mod/Rehab, Section 8 units available as well to 18 year olds and older residents who are chronically homeless (documented homelessness + disability).- Serves Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties, though priority is given to Ramsey County youth.
