Applicant must meet all qualifications:- A resident of Aitkin, Carlton, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, or Pine County- Be current on mortgage and property taxes- Meet income/asset guidelines- Property being improved is the primary residence

The program is a grant available to residents to make basic home repairs and necessary improvements such as accessibility, code compliance repairs, and energy efficiency.The grant may help with replacing or repairing services such as:- Defective plumbing, heating, electrical systems- Ramps and bathroom accessibility conversions- Roofing, windows, doors, and wall repairs
