Senior companions become friends with other seniors in their communities who are lonely and isolated To be a senior companion: - Be 60 years or older and in good health - Be willing to commit at least 12 hours each week to establish solid and reliable relationships with those you serve - Enjoy sharing yourself and your lifetime of experience with others Service Sites: - Red Lake Nation - Northland Apartments - Beltrami County Public Health - Bemidji Senior Center - Leech Lake Health Division - Baker Park
