Youth ages 5 and older who are residents of Dodge, Fillmore, Goodhue, Olmsted, Steele, Wabasha, and Winona counties

Required documents

Application and Social Security card/number required for adult leader background checks.

Open: 8 am 1 pm and 2 pm - 5 pm Monday - Friday- Closed: Near Year's Day
