- Assistance to low income residents whose homes are in need of energyefficiency improvements.- Small grants (no strings attached) are available to complete these improvements.- Persons apply by calling 218-999-0826- Households with very high fuel consumption with a senior(60), disability or children in the household are given priority.- Improvements allowed are generally limited to reducing air infiltration, insulation, and furnace inspections Koochiching County contact: - Dale Jokinen 218-999-0826 or 877-687-1163
