Eligibility

Low-income individuals and families experiencing homelessness who are residents of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, or Washington counties. Individuals must be sober and committed to sober living. Additional requirements vary by housing site. Note: A conviction of arson or a violent felony conviction within the last year will disqualify an applicant. Some predatory offenses may be disqualifiers or require additional documentation.

Vary; most units are subsidized through section 8, which offers rent at 30% of the household's monthly income, or Housing Support which pays for room and board for seniors and adults with disabilities who have low incomes

Provides permanent supportive housing for adults, families, and youth. Housing sites provide on-site supportive services, which may include case management, employment assistance, health and wellness activities, and on-site recovery groups. NOTE: Emanuel Housing and Amber Apartments are pet-friendly and do not require additional fees for pets. No breed/size restrictions.
