Child and Teen Checkups are regular well-child visits that help monitor growth, development, and overall health. These visits include:- Complete physical exam- Developmental assessment -Health education and counseling- Hearing and vision screening- Immunizations- Laboratory tests (lead, blood, urine as needed)- Nutrition assessmentWilkin County offers outreach to families about these checkups.
