Eligibility
For families with children 0-8, who are experiencing significant challenges. Families must meet one of the three areas of eligibility: have prior involvement with CPS, have a current open CPS case, or are considered at-risk for child welfare involvement. Challenges may include: homelessness, high poverty, history of experienced trauma for caregivers and/or children, mental health challenges, addiction and substance use, etc.

Circle of Security Parenting: Provide a weekly therapeutic parenting support group using evidenced-based program Circle of Security Parenting to promote healthy and secure parent-child relationships. Facilitated by a mental health professional, licensed parent educator, and certified professionals. For caregivers and children ages 0-8 and their siblings. This program will offer a supportive environment for parents and caregivers, encouraging positive parenting practices, knowledge sharing, and networking with other parents.
