Scouting uses methods such as camping to guide positive youth development in citizenship, character, and personal fitness.BSA partners with community-based organizations to provide year-round programs.Parker Scout Reservation is a council-owned camp located on North Long Lake.- Facilities include a castle with indoor sleeping and toilet facilities, and a modern dining room and kitchen.- Outdoor camping is also available- Camp is available for scout and non-scout youth group rentals- Programs are also available for non-scout groups
