Description

Advises and assists all veterans and their dependents with all state and federal veterans benefits: - Alcohol dependency and drug dependency treatment - Burial, death benefits, and G.I. life insurance - Service-connected disability compensation and non-service connected disability pension - Dependency and Indemnity Compensation for eligible survivors of veterans due to service-related injury or disease - Disability insurance and health insurance benefits - Discharge reviews - Domiciliary care - Education and training such as the G.I. Bill educational training - Financial assistance - Home loan guaranteed by the U.S.D.V.A. - Outpatient medical care and dental treatment - State Soldiers Assistance Program (SSAP) special needs grant - Survivors and dependent's education - Vocational rehabilitation for disabled
