Advises and assists all veterans and their dependents with all state and federal veterans benefits:- Alcohol dependency and drug dependency treatment- Burial, death benefits, and G.I. life insurance- Service-connected disability compensation and non-service connected disability pension- Dependency and Indemnity Compensation for eligible survivors of veterans due to service-related injury or disease- Disability insurance and health insurance benefits- Discharge reviews- Domiciliary care- Education and training such as the G.I. Bill educational training- Financial assistance- Home loan guaranteed by the U.S.D.V.A.- Outpatient medical care and dental treatment- State Soldiers Assistance Program (SSAP) special needs grant- Survivors and dependent's education- Vocational rehabilitation for disabled
