Eligibility

Older adults age 60 and older who meet at 130% or below of the federal poverty guideline and are residents of Dakota, Goodhue, and Rice counties

Required documents

Application/intake form contact information such as name, address, number of people in the household, and ages proof of address proof of household income

- Call for an appointment; appointments are preferred; walk ins are accepted - Older adults can certify for the NAPS program the same way they certify to use the CAC food shelf

Description

Provides additional food to older adults who participate in the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP). A nutritional food package is provided to older adults to supplement their food at home. A delivery option of the food package is available to homebound residents.
