Provides the following services:- Assists the public in filing domestic abuse petitions and harassment petitions- Assists the public in filing conciliation court claims- Certifies to judgment searches- Collects and receipts - fees, fines, bonds, and escrow funds- Issues summons, warrants, subpoenas, and executions of judgment- Maintains and disperses restitution funds ordered by the Court in criminal matters for the benefit of the victims- Maintains secure custody of all legal records, cash securities, and court exhibits- Maintains safe custody of trust funds held for minors- Performs marriage ceremonies
