- At-risk families who are residents of Fillmore County with a child under 10 years of age identified through screened out child maltreatment reports, community referrals or self-referrals- Families currently active with Child Protection Services do not qualify

Provides help to at-risk families to avoid future incidents of child maltreatment and to enhance child and family well-being, including: - Comprehensive assessments, early intervention, and supportive services - Connect families with county and community-based services - Limited financial assistance for families to meet basic needs, help with utility or rent assistance, car repairs, food, school supplies, after-school programs, childcare - Therapeutic services such as family counseling, parent education or financial assistance for chemical dependency treatment
