Offers a skilled nursing facility to individuals requiring rehabilitation from an accident, surgery, or illness, specialized end-of-life care, as well as those needing a long-term supportive environment. Offers 118-accommodations and 44 short-term rehabilitation units. Features include: - 24 hour/7 days a week admission, Registered Nurses (RN)'s, and care specialists - Chapel, library, gift shop, beauty, and barber shop - Hospice care - Kosher meal and snacks - Long-term and short-term rehabilitation - Onsite x-ray, lab services, podiatry, optometry, orthotic, audiology, and dental services - Onsite therapy clinics for physical, occupational, and speech - Outdoor rooftop patios - Private baths with full showers - Recreational, music, and pet therapies - Vitality center with warm water therapy pool
