Description

Winona Volunteer Services provides emergency rent assistance on a case-by-case basis to individuals or families experiencing an unforeseen circumstance. This assistance is once per lifetime and applicants must provide proof of ability to sustain future rent payments. If an eviction notice exists, person must first apply for help through Winona County Community Services and SEMCAC.
