Provides culturally sensitive services for black women during their pregnancy and early postpartum journey so as to alleviate stressors that may lead to preterm birth or low birth weight babies, including: - Care navigation - Case management - Community resource referrals - Doula support during labor and delivery - Monthly support circles - New parent/family support - Perinatal yoga - Pregnancy related health screenings and well baby care
