Eligibility

Hamm Clinic serves adults 18 years and older whose mental health needs can be served by our outpatient services. Primarily serves Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey and Washington counties, but no residency restrictions exist.

Application and photo ID other documents are required if fees are to be paid by insurance, a third party, or if an adjusted fee is requested

8 am - 8 pm Monday and Tuesday 8 am - 6 pm Wednesday and Thursday 8 am - 5 pm Friday

Application process

Call; caller will speak with an intake coordinator who will help determine whether the clinic has the resources to meet the caller's needs; in-person appointments or virtual telehealth sessions available

Fees

Vary by service, call for fee information; for people with no health insurance, fees will be adjusted and a payment plan is available; documentation of income is required. Payment is requested at time of service.

Description

Provides outpatient mental health services through a multidisciplinary model of care that integrates psychological assessment, psychiatric consultation, and psychotherapy. Services are available by direct referral from healthcare providers or through internal clinical evaluation. All care is delivered in a trauma-informed and culturally responsive manner to meet the diverse needs of clients. Psychiatric consultation and medication management are available to clients who are actively engaged in psychotherapy services at the clinic. Appointments are offered both in person and via secure virtual telehealth sessions to ensure accessibility and flexibility. Outpatient Mental Health Services Include: - Couples Therapy: Support for partners seeking to strengthen communication, resolve conflicts, or navigate life transitions together - Family Therapy: Collaborative sessions aimed at improving family dynamics, relationships, and understanding among members - Group Therapy: Therapist-led sessions offering peer support and shared experiences in a safe, structured setting - Individual Therapy: One-on-one counseling focused on personal mental health goals, emotional regulation, and growth
