Offers a wide range of evidence-based mental health services for individuals, couples, and families. Services offered: - Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) - Christian counseling - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) - Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) - Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) - Exposure therapy - Play therapy Services are tailored to each client's needs and goals, helping them address anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, sleep difficulties, and other mental health concerns.
