Provides assistance and support to veterans and their dependents in obtaining benefits through county, state, and federal programs including: - Burial benefits - Death and indemnity compensation (DIC) - Disability compensation - Discharge form amendments - Healthcare enrollment - Pension for veterans and survivors - State Soldiers Assistance Program: Financial assistance for mortgage, personal needs, rent, and utilities for veterans who cannot work due to a temporary disability.
