A psychosocial rehabilitation program for veterans with a serious mental illness. Veterans work with a coach and as a group to create a recovery plan. Veterans work toward their goals by developing a recovery plan, attending programming 2 - 5 days per week, meet with a coach, explore educational services, and practice skills outside in the community.
