Eligibility

  • Individuals with low incomes are considered on a case-by-case basis, including those facing special circumstances such as lack of legal status, chemical dependency, pregnancy, homelessness, being on suicide watch, or health concerns- Criminal bail assistance is available for residents of Hennepin and Ramsey counties- Immigration bond assistance is available statewide
