Provides a range of services and supports for families during pregnancy, infancy, childhood, and adolescence, including:- Breastfeeding education, support, and resources- Child and Teen Checkups for children and adolescents from birth through age 21- Child nutrition education and guidance- Expectant parent education classes- Family planning services, including birth control information and pregnancy testing- Help Me Grow and interagency early intervention services for developmental concerns- Infant Follow Along Program to support early child development- Maternal and child health education, including information on pregnancy, postpartum care, and child growth and development- Preschool developmental screening services- School health services, including school nursing support- Sexual health services, including testing and treatment for certain sexually transmitted infections- Well-child preventive care services, including routine health monitoring and referrals for physical exams
