Eligibility

Lower Sioux Indian Community, employees of the Lower Sioux Indian Community businesses, American Indian/Alaska Natives residing in a 10 mile radius of the community, and family of the previously mentioned. Individuals are required to try and apply for Medical Assistance (MA) upon admission.

Provides physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness behavioral health services, including:- Adult mental health case management- Children's mental health case management??- Comprehensive Use Assessments (CUA)- Individual and group counseling- Naloxone Access Point- Outpatient substance use disorder treatment- Recovery peer specialists- Substance use disorder referrals - Urine drug testing
