Provides ongoing support to pregnant Latinas for healthy pregnancies, support for healthy deliveries, and a healthy postpartum period. Supports the physical and emotional needs of the mother, baby, and family. Activities include:- Assistance with health insurance registration- Centering pregnancy group prenatal care- Individual case management- Physical health care and education
