Eligibility

  • Families and individuals must meet income eligibility requirements being at or below 200% of Federal Poverty Income Guidelines- They must provide proof of their emergency, such as an eviction notice- And must have applied for emergency assistance through Hennepin County and received a denial letter- WeCAN areas served: Greenfield, Independence, Loretto, Maple Plain, Minnetonka Beach, Minnetrista, Mound, western Orono, Rockford, Spring Park, Saint Bonifacius, and Tonka Bay
