Provides assistance to older adults to help them live independently in the community. Services provided by advocates include:- Assistance with paperwork (i.e. medical claims, benefit applications, patient assistance programs, etc.) and with money management.- Home visits to assess needs- Information and referrals for housing, employment, Medicare and supplemental insurances, other government benefits, and transportation servicesAll services are free and confidential.??
