Eligibility

  • Adults (ages 18 and older) who have been diagnosed with a physical or neurological disability, brain injury, and/or mental illness- An initial interview and assessment will help determine the potential consumer's appropriateness for the program

Urban Day Program: Offers a social, recreational, and leisure-based program for adults with disabilities. Participants can engage in educational activities, group events, crafts, exercise, community outings, and also enjoy time to relax.Rural Day Program: Provides opportunities for participants to connect with peers and staff while learning how to grow and maintain various vegetable crops, herbs, and medicinal plants-both indoors and outdoors. They also explore how to turn what they grow into products such as lip balms, soaps, candles, and salves.
