- Basilica Church Phone: 9 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday - Cell Phone, Hygiene Items, Gas Cards, and Vouchers: 9:30 am - 11:30 am Tuesday and Thursday
- All Services: Call and request assistance; if after hours, leave a message with name and phone number - Cell Phone, Hygiene Items, Gas Cards, and Vouchers: Walk in for services; line up by 9 am as quantity is limited, on a first-come, first-serve basis

Program Fees
Provides the following services once every 12 months: - Discounted Cell Phones: A representative from Open Access Connections is available 9:30 am - 11:30 am Tuesdays, except the 2nd Tuesday of the month. Helps clients with applying for a discounted $30 cell phone and/or voicemail number/box. NOTE: The Basilica does not provide the cell phones or help with the $30 cost of the cell phone. - Gas Cards: $20 maximum to Speedway. A valid drivers license is required. - Vouchers: Provides vouchers for obtaining a state ID, Minnesota driver's license, birth certificate from any state, and to the St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store for clothing and/or housewares (no furniture). Bus cards are available to those with a verifiable new job and gas cards for individuals with a valid driver's license. Must reside in the city of Minneapolis. Provides the following services once every 30 days: - Hygiene items - Laundry vouchers for one wash and dry (limited supply)
