- Provides expertise in the areas of planning, design, and construction of the county highway system Maintains county roads including: - Crack sealing - Micro-surfacing - Mowing of roadsides - Pavement Markings - Placing gravel - Pothole patching - Seal coating - Signing - Snow and ice control in the winter
