Intake process for programs serving individuals and families who are in search of housing programs or are in need of financial assistance for housing. Family Homeless Prevention and Assistance Program: Helps prevent homelessness by providing one-time assistance with a rent or mortgage payment for households until their financial situation can stabilize. Offers case management and follow-up services.Transitional Housing Program: Provides information, referral, advocacy, and first month's rent and/or security deposit assistance to individuals experiencing homelessness, doubled up, or homeless households moving into a housing unit. Ongoing rent subsidy may be provided until the household is able to sustain their rental housing.
