- Child and Teen Check-ups (for children on Medical Assistance and Minnesota Care) - Home visiting programs for childbirth education, new moms and babies, help with breastfeeding, parenting information and help, home safety checks - Immunizations and vaccination information - Home visits for families whose children have high blood lead levels
