Provides emergency rental assistance with goal-oriented case management to address the immediate housing crisis, prevent homelessness, and promote long-term housing stability by addressing barriers related to homelessness. Supportive services may include goal setting and stability planning, budgeting support, employment search, transportation assistance, childcare and benefits navigation, help identifying healthcare providers, and much more. Provides rapid re-housing services where members of the community open their homes to host a youth or young adult in Anoka County who are experiencing homelessness. Provides case management services to help facilitate transitions, minimize barriers, and help youth and young adults set and achieve their goals.
