  • Adult men who have a substance use disorder, are experiencing homelessness, and have not had successful treatment in the past- Residents of Ramsey County

Offers 60 permanent supportive housing units for men who have not found success with traditional chemical dependency treatment programs. Provides a managed alcohol program and a harm-reduction model of care that ensures safe housing regardless of sobriety. Services provided:- 24 hours/7 days a week front desk service- Common areas include a computer room, lounges, a community garden, and a courtyard with a barbeque grill- Free on-site laundry- One-on-one case management, structured goal planning, peer support services, and transportation services- Meals provided in the cafeteria and bagged meals and snacks available all day- Single occupancy rooms with beds, linens, dressers, chairs, and moreNOTE: No referral is required to access this housing program
