Open to all children ages 2 - 18 years old living with a critical illness and receiving services from a medical provider for their medical condition

Required documents

Application/registration form child and parent/legal guardian contact information child's date of birth medical history, condition, and medical provider's full name, phone number, and hospital treatment facility

A national organization that grants wishes for Minnesota children with critical illnesses, not necessarily a terminal condition. These conditions might include transplants, heart or genetic conditions, lung disease, cancer, sickle cell disease, and many other medical complex illnesses that do not qualify children for support from other pediatric charities. Wishes are granted to every child referred who are deemed medically eligible.
