Application/registration form W9 from property manager ledger from property manager showing the amount owed as of the current days date proof of income from the last 60 days (pay stubs, benefit letters, etc.) current lease (signed copy) eviction notice denial letter from EA/EGA

8 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Thursday 8 am - 4 pm Friday
