Ramsey and Washington County residents. Eligibility guidelines based on age and/or income apply to programs. Head Start/Early Head Start serves children and their families in Ramsey County only.
Required documents
Documentation required depends upon program. Types of documentation include applications, mail with current address, proof of household income, and utility bills.
