Families who are low-income with students in public education (K - 12) and are residents of Blue Earth, Brown, Carver, Cottonwood, Dakota, Dodge, Faribault, Fillmore, Freeborn, Goodhue, Houston, Jackson, Le Sueur, Martin, McLeod, Mower, Murray, Nicollet, Nobles, Olmsted, Pipestone, Ramsey, Redwood, Rice, Rock, Scott, Sibley, Steele, Wabasha, Waseca, Washington, and Watonwan counties
- Have all documents pertaining to the legal issues including any paperwork received concerning the case available before calling for screening - If the individual is a refugee or other eligible alien, then I-94, permanent resident card, etc. is needed for service
