Application/registration form birth certificate drivers license picture ID proof of household income referral form social security card/number Depending on unit availability, may require documented disability and/or verification of long-term homelessness. Must provide proof of identity and income to property manager and Metropolitan Housing and Redevelopment Authority (Metro HRA) to qualify for project based Section 8 assistance.
