Provides community residential settings and supportive services for adults with developmental disabilities and/or autism. Residences are located in Foley, Milaca, Mora, Princeton, and Saint Paul, Minnesota. The goal of these services includes increasing independence and self-reliance and fostering community engagement.Each home is located in a traditional residential neighborhood and provides community-based services to participants each with their own bedroom.Supportive services include:- Skill development in activities of daily living- Self-care- Sensory/motor development- Interpersonal skills- Communication, behavior programming- Community living- Health care- Leisure and recreation skills- Money management
