Primarily serves Itasca County - Women 18 and older Residents must be alcohol/chemically dependent Residential&Outpatient Treatment Available

Hours

  • Office Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM Monday - Friday- 24 hours/7 days a week service- Intakes done 8 AM -4 PM Monday - Thursday

Pear Lake provides Residential MI/CD Treatment for adult women. Our 90 day, three-phase program, will address the needs of our clients by providing treatment for substance abuse and mental health issues concurrently.- Group therapy and one-to-one sessions (15 hours per week)- Recovery Coach' Services begin in phase III, and will continue after discharge- On-Site mental health professional for MH therapy and diagnostic assessments- CNP available for medical appointments and medication management services
