Application Process
Provides assessment, intake, information and referral, and case management for adults with mental health needs. Case management services address individual needs related to diagnoses such as: - Acute/situational depression - Bipolar disorder - Borderline personality disorder - Major depression - Schizophrenia Additional services may include case planning, consultation, crisis intervention, and referral to legal commitments or guardianship/conservatorship.
