- An intake packet is completed at first scheduled session. This packet includes much of the necessary registration information for a client to begin the process of intake, including insurance, home address and any referral sources, etc. Health Insurance Card, Medical Assistance Card, Social Security Card/number

Application process

- Call for appointment - A client comes early to the first appointment, to go over all paper work and registration forms, release of information, and referall information as necessary. A person's first two sessions involve extensive intake, history, and symptom inventories to complete a thorough process whereby Bryan will be able to form a diagnostic picture and recommended treatement goals with the client's involvement and input. Often psychological assessments are recommended, the MMPI-2 is very helpful. The results of are reviewed with the client, and are always used in continuing the formulation of what approaches will be most beneficial for therapy. Call, Call for appointment
