Eligibility

Individuals living with HIV/AIDS; primarily serves residents of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties

Required documents

Proof of HIV status proof of address verification of income and application/registration form

Hours

  • To go meals: 9 am - 3 pm Monday - Friday- Dine-in lunch: 12 noon - 2 pm Monday - Friday

Interpretation services

French; Spanish; Swahili; interpreters available

Application process

Call during office hours to make an appointment; intake process needed for membership and use of services; new clients needs to complete application
