- Referral required by social worker - Call; email; visit website; walk in - In-home or nursing home assessment provided to determine level of care and need before admitting clients. It takes up to 1 day to schedule an appointment after an assessment. After assessment, services are available within 2 days.

Fees

- Depend on Case Mix - Paid by insurance - Sliding scale - Sweat equity - $25/hour with four hours minimum at a time
