- Referral required by social worker- Call; email; visit website; walk in- In-home or nursing home assessment provided to determine level of care and need before admitting clients. It takes up to 1 day to schedule an appointment after an assessment. After assessment, services are available within 2 days.

- Depend on Case Mix- Paid by insurance- Sliding scale- Sweat equity- $25/hour with four hours minimum at a time
