  • Open Saturday or Sunday
  • Open Weekday Evenings After 5 pm
  • ICF and Community Residential Services- Assigned nursing staff for each location- Recreation department with regularly scheduled programming that includes music therapy, physical activities, computer lab, and more.- Residential services include skills training and social development for adults ages 18 and older located in Carver, Hennepin, and Scott Counties.- Intermediate Care Facility for adults ages 18 and older. Providing homes for 6 - 10 adults.- Residential children's home located in Richfield. The program provides each child with a safe, stable, and nurturing environment, while working with case managers to secure an appropriate long-term home. The program serves children ages 4 - 18 with intellectual and developmental disabilities.- Short-term youth crisis home providing support to children ages 5 - 17 who are on a CADI waiver and have mental health needs. Located in Anoka County.- Over 25 community residential homes with 3 - 5 residents in each located in Carver, Hennepin, and Scott counties.
