Provides trauma-informed care model for youth to receive support for 30-90 days as they work to secure permanent housing. Services include: - Case management - Chemical health support and referrals - Community building and social connectedness - Educational assistance - Employment resources - Family reunification - Goal setting - Independent living skills - Life skills training - Parenting support and education - Mental health counseling - Single room availability
