- CCAP: Families who are on MFIP, have had a MFIP case closed within the last 12 months or who meet the income and employment guidelines. - At-Home Infant Care (AHIC): Families must have a child under the age of 1 year; have been working, in school or looking for work before the birth of the child; meet income guidelines; not be receiving MFIP, Diversionary Work Program or other child care assistance; not received a total of 12 months of AHIC benefits in the past. The parent staying at home must be 18 years or older and caring for the child full-time. - Residents of Faribault and Martin Counties
