Even side of 37th Avenue NE on the north, Highway 280 on the east, Hennepin Avenue on the south and Mississippi River on the west; residents of southeast Minneapolis and Hennepin County part of Saint Anthony (zip codes 55413, 55414, 55418, and part of 55421 that is on even side of 37th Street)

  • Picture ID for all adults in household - Social Security cards, birth certificates, school ID or medical cards for all children in the household - Proof of address for each adult in household (a piece of mail postmarked in the last 30 days or a lease/rental agreement).

Pathway of Hope: Designated case management for families with children.Food Shelf: Available once per calendar month. Walk-in during open hours. Culturally-specific food is often available.Hygiene: Hygiene kits are typically available. Showers are available for people who are unhoused during specific hours.Transportation: Must be able to verify that the client has a permanent job for which they have not received their first paycheck or a medical appointment. Clients should bring a letter (on company letterhead) stating when they started working and when they will get their first paycheck. Transportation is limited to once a year. Case-by-case exceptions may be made depending on the transportation need.Employment services: job leads, resume assistance, job search techniques instructionSeasonal services: Family Camp, coats for kids, holiday programs for Easter and Thanksgiving, and emergency disaster services.Referrals to rental assistance/rent deposit (funding is limited), car repair services, and budget counseling.
