Certain non-citizens who are considered refugees, meet income guidelines, and who have been in Hubbard County for 8 months or less

Required documents

Application/registration form identification for each family member proof of address proof of household income proof of immigration status (I-94) verification of assets

Provides medical assistance to refugees.NOTE: Refugees who are eligible for Medical Assistance are served through that program. Refugees receiving Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) are automatically eligible for RMA if they are not already MA eligible.
