Provides services to individuals experiencing alcohol, chemical, and opioid dependency, including:- Behavioral health therapy- Chemical health screening and treatment- Harm reduction education- Individualized care coordination services- Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) - Acamprosate, buprenorphine, naltrexone, and suboxone- Referrals to Rule 25 assessment and treatment- Syringe exchange services
